What you are basically doing is creating a IDM position that skips the intent of the IDM position and goes straight to arbitration...yet having the option to go to a arbitrator or mediator afterwards...

I do it for clients all the time and just skipped the step for myself.

I would register the debt in Mississippi, skip trace the debtor, then serve notice that it is registered in the state and have legal right to collect.

You can skip trace if you’re not sure the whereabouts of the owners.
