I was shocked when I asked if they needed a lender referral only to be told they only pay cash.. they own malls on Maui  tons of industrial in Honolulu  etc etc .. also income property in Vegas they recognized vegas 5 years ago and loaded up.. but a bunch of that they just moved to the foundation..
