I was shocked when I asked if they needed a lender referral only to be told they only pay cash.. they own malls on Maui  tons of industrial in Honolulu  etc etc .. also income property in Vegas they recognized vegas 5 years ago and loaded up.. but a bunch of that they just moved to the foundation..  

It was a shock.

Hell I am shocked it wasn't 90%.

As people find out some of these things, they tell me how shocked they are.

Let's just say I was shocked that there has been a shooting every day for the past week.

As long as high tech, social media companies are throwing money away with freebie shocking RSUs and paying college interns 6 figures little will change to housing industry. 

That was a shock to the system for sure.

I’m shocked nobody is talking on this.

Obviously, nobody has a crystal ball, but I definitely wouldn't be shocked if you find yourself in "once-in-a-lifetime" territory in a year or two if the government chills out from pumping trillions into the economy long enough to see where we're at. 

Probably, when I moved here three years ago from the Midwest, I was shocked at how cheap water was.
