It's great to set a goal but like mentioned above be careful not to let it discourage you if you feel like you're falling behind schedule.

They do require some effort, but don't have to fill your schedule either.

it was one of those rare MLS deals, and I'm pretty sure the seller knew but didn't disclose properly. luckily, the city sewers were scheduled to be  run down that street less than a year later, so we were able to hold off and tie in with the sewer.
