Will they not be able to afford their monthly debts, sadly most likely. 

It is sad but it seems that these people had no idea what they were really agreeing to when they signed the modification.

It's pretty sad that as a business man my local government is properly described as "opposition."

Chris is right....Save your $$$I attended it some time ago as I was a HUGE fan to the Rich Dad series. ( I still am) Sadly I was left with a sour taste in the mouth.

I've never done real estate investing before and my bank account usually has a sad emoticon showing me to make more money. :-) So I don't have more than a few hundred dollars to get started.

So if your tax rate whether personal or corporate is 40% you will be taxed 20% of the total gain..We sadly do not have 1031 exchange or a $500,000 blanket for capital gains.

Sadly I've made alot of mistakes in the past thats made me now a JR in high school and I really hope I'm not judged by that or anything.
