There is an 100+ unit apartment complex up the street that is income restricted (rent range $800 to $1,100).  

There are many restrictions that apply, but avoiding the ticking clock on the withdrawal penalty would be what I would look to do.

But we have had to cancel the last few months with social distancing restrictions. 

@Theresa Harris I think your're right about dragging their feet.... im going to try to give them a firm move out date, now that the restrictions in LA are being lifted and see what they say.

Of course, unless the restrictions on evictions are lifted, there's not a darn thing you can do, whether or not you renew the lease.

HOA's are like paying money to be yelled at and restricted.

I’m not really sure if these places have additional restrictions on them.
