That's no knock to Chris as his reputation precedes him and he's probably the most knowledgeable residential loan officer in CA on here (and maybe even biggerpockets period). 

Deal would include the land, a newer manufactured home on a separate parcel, a regular small stick built home on a different parcel, and something like 20 existing rv/mobile home spots. 

Also, they say that it happened due to manufacturing defect or wear and tear(which is just assumed) so they will not cover it.

I had a friend who went to UW Madison and that school had a reputation as a party school.

If they're reputable they should be able to show you when there were hiccups and how they made it right! 

Before any questions, research the online reputation of each PM company.

If you have a reputable property management company, would you still need to retitle your properties to their own LLC in the state where the properties are located?
