If it isn't directly next door, I'd say provide the W&D, or you will lose business to someone who has one on site.  

Fort Myers's market is too hot right now.  I just had one seller back out from a deal that we both had agreement with. It is getting me frustrated now. 🙄🙄🙄. 

My question is about renting.When you advertise a unit for rent, do you charge an application fee & have them perform a background/credit check prior to seeing the unit?

As far as I'm aware, commercial lending is primarily based on the financial performance of the property and less on the individual although I would of course personally guarantee the loan.If anybody has some insight on this topic, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I would also do what Tasha recommended by using Zillow or you can use the county assessors site to see what the area is selling for.

I'm a big proponent of using sites like homeadvisor, thumbtack, porch, etc to find contractors, but for the life of me I can't seem to find a decent contractor to do drywall finishing or stucco a project that we're completing.

What i'm wondering is if it makes sense to try to negotiate the cost of DEMO against the value of the property - my plan is to sink a few thousand bucks and a few weeks of work into the house and live in it while working on the site plan and building out the second house for my parents.
