Not only was the facade in horrible disrepair, but patient access was sketchy with drop offs where the sidewalk slabs met the soil / landscaping (if you could call it that!)

My advice is to be patient, and work with an agent who is PROACTIVE, has a great relationship with other agents (hears of deals before they hit the market), and I would also encourage you to look at some deals that have been on the market more than 30 days.

What got me into this is I'm an ER nurse and got covid from one of my patients and spent 10 days in ICU and got me thinking that I need to have another alternative just in case.
