The investors who bought from us, already own in the market.  

I, personally, have owned “affordable” rentals in other areas, which appeared to cash flow relatively well, only to sell them almost 2 decades later for a loss or about even.

Have plenty of SFRs to collateralize with second mortgages but do not own any of them free and clear.

Yes, tell the PM you found your own contractor.Then hope like heck your guy is good.

The driveway is 'Y' shaped, very narrow from the street to the back, then both houses have their own parking area in the back.The issue he is having is the other homeowner is 'accidentally' leaving nails, screws, and other puncture problem items on the driveway with alarming regularity.
