And you would only qualify for that if your primary job (where you spend the most hours) is in a real estate field, but also it has to be at a business that you own at least 5% of (so W-2 income typically doesn't qualify).

However, my property manager advised against it, as it might inconvenience the tenant further, who has already refused access to the property at this time.I'm also wondering if I should contact lawyer to understand any potential legal liabilities, particularly regarding the possibility of a lawsuit from the tenant even after they move out.Any insights or advice on how to navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated. 

However, none of this matters until I can get a deal on the table.Any guidance or mentorship from this community would be greatly appreciated as I navigate these first steps!

Just wondering if anyone has used a VA for their wholesaling/contract assignment business & if so, who were some of your favourites?

Also, make sure your AC’s are in good condition and if they need some maintenance, do it before it gets busy in the summer!!
