Private/Hard Money lenders do not lend on owner occupied properties due to consumer protection laws.

People pay rent with money, not their SAT scores. 

The idea that you can build wealth without putting any money into it is a recipe for disaster and the sales pitch of gurus trying to steal your money.

Gas/Heat/Hot Water is included in the rental, when completing the proposed rent form could I ask for more rent money or should I stick to what the property is originally listed for?
