The outlook for 2009 will not be up for discussion until Obama gets into office and we have the "first 100 days" pass.There is a lot of money / deal-makers waiting for that hurdle to pass.I'm hearing 'We have cash but are not looking to buy until 3rd or 4th qtr of 2009.'

My father is going to occupy the maids quarters which is really a 1 bedroom standalone house in the backyard. the main house is not a duplex, but a 3 level house that has a 2 bedroom on 1st floor, 3 bedroom on 2nd, and 3 bedroom on 3d.It is 3 separate apartments and for whatever reason the previous owner had 3 separate electrical meters put in.
