What's most frustrating is that they have bought a new gazebo, a new large pool, outdoor furniture and other luxuries while they owe us money.

Housing is a necessity not a luxury.

(UberBlack is their high-end/luxury car service if you're not familiar with that part of their service).

Equally important is the furnishing, decoration and general feeling of the place, better it looks and more homey and luxurious it is, better it will rent and for more money.

but I don't think adding one is going to add any real value.I think buyer's don't consider a pantry cabinet a luxury...they already expect there to be a pantry in the kitchen, so you won't receive any bonus points or $$$ back when you sell the property because it's already expected by homebuyers...Then again, not having a pantry cabinet shouldn't be a deal breaker...One thing to consider if you do decide to add a pantry cabinet, is how you are going to match your existing cabinets?  

I'm still PISSED that ownership is willing to throw away one of the greatest stadiums ever built in order to make a few more bucks on luxury boxes; of course the cost to do that is $850 million from the taxpayer's pockets.

We are not afraid of missing the rally because we are absolute return investors and have the luxury of having missed the big down move from nearly 1,600.

You don't have to always own luxury to enjoy it.

You have the luxury of seeming comfortable with what you have already.
