I agree with a lot of the advice above, but it is important to develop a professional relationship that lasts so the mutual benefits can continue.

@Curtis Baker like most other places, southern nh has seen significant appreciation in the last few years, with not much sign of slowing down. 

Hello everyone, I bought an investment property (duplex) in Cleveland in October of last year and I am planning to transfer it to LLC owned by myself.

In one market I am in I have a website setup via channel manager about 18 months ago and have no clue on SEO and only made about 12 Facebook posts in the last year BUT 42% of my bookings for all 3 properties came from my website. 

How have you pivoted over the last 6-24 months?

I am wary of regional banks after the issue last year where quite a few had to be bailed out in order for people to withdraw their funds.

Hi @Andrew Hinspater,I have been setting up my last couple LLCs in Wyoming.

Have they been on title on any rehab/fix and flip projects the last few years? 

I purchased the condo in 2020 for $310,000 at 4% and a similar unit just sold in my complex last month for $570,000.

They were managed by Hunter Property management for several years but last year Lake Norman Realty bought them out.
