The old capital conference was great but it was strictly larger multifamily/syndication.I’m probably going to go to the best ever conference this year too.

Just from my point of view, no company trying to sell anything ever uses  those.

If I look for someone in my area, Elizabeth City, the results are anyone that ever mentioned "city".

My opinion is that the block-chain is here to stay, and that Bitcoin will be the failure that leads to the block-chains true rise.Real estate has centuries of proven performance, Bitcoin hasn't even been around a decade (and is A LOT more volatile in that decade that real estate has EVER been).
