I have worked for a larger company and contracts and written agreements are a rule of operations.Property was bought 4/18 with tenant in place with signed contract with previous owner.1st mistake- I was under the impression one of my other business partners received a new signed lease agreement for our company.

I am located in Fort Worth, TX & my end goal as a real estate investor is to have a 100 door rental portfolio consisting of small 8-20 unit apartment complexes.My plan is to build up a rental portfolio, starting with 2-4 unit properties, & eventually sell those to leverage for larger properties.
