Otherwise, having a stable job (9-5) while networking and marketing can help you gain knowledge, contacts, and a traditional 30year loan down the line when you're ready to go.

Ultimately, I'd like to retire from my current job in 2-3 years and do investing full time.

At this moment, I have a 9 to 5 job but I can cover for you after 6 pm during the week and all day weekends.
