My CPA said it makes his head spin all of the companies that are running out there with bootleg LLC paperwork.The process of getting the name is disgustingly easy though, it would make you sick if you paid somebody to do it when you found out how little it was.

its not that easy to find real properties you need to find asset managers who are connected to the bank they are the ones with the real power. the reo brokers only go off of what the manager tells them on the property price. add me as a friend i might be able to help you
