Giving the tenant 90 days to get past the Holidays and get us past the Covid eviction moratorium might be the safest way to go.

These states are constantly extending their eviction moratoriums and I believe they will extend them through the Holidays!

Unfortunately this also puts me in the land of #MAGA but I tolerate it.One great thing about where I live is that I'm always opposite traffic flow on weekends/holidays.  

In most areas of the country, the seasons play into the market, with sales traditionally falling off in the fall, with sales to families with children slowing after school starts, then another spurt of buying before the holidays, and settling down until Spring.  

Winter/holidays are right around the corner.

I hope that congress does holiday payroll tax AND helps people who are going to have their hours cut and those that get laid off.
