Hello everyone,So I'm getting ready to start working on a standard operating procedures manual for my business.

My wife has requested that we have standard operating procedures.

I've invested in town homes which has worked well so far but I see so many condos/apartments being built around the DC metro area that it has me wondering if this is the new trend or overpopulation at it's finest?

Oren, your procedures and ordinary customs are different there (LOI's, sign-backs, etc) so we may be a little off.

These cases having a way of going sideways and new owner (you) can inadvertently step on legal land mines or fail to follow some obscure procedural rule of court, resulting in delays or much worse situation.If your reason for attempting to do this yourself is curiosity, merely ask questions to your attorney.

I initally had my license with Solid Source, but i had some similar complaints as J Scott regarding some of their strict procedures and policy: marketing, logo etc.
