30-year VA Home Loan Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Hello everyone,I'm a real estate agent assisting a client who is trying to list an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for lease on Zillow.

His ex-wife was the former registered agent and is now out of the picture and no longer involved in the property except on old documents. 

I have thought about getting my Real Estate Agent License, and am wondering if the NAR Settlement makes it more or less attractive.

I strongly recommend connecting with a local real estate agent in your area as well. 

I prefer to get referrals from investor-friendly real estate agents.

"which has offers for $820k off-market to sell" - Pretty it up, get with a local agent, and get it listed on the MLS for more. 

I would not recommend you to buy , and thinking of exiting out in 18 months (because you would lose money just on the agent commission and closing fees).At least buy and hold for 5 yrs to see how it goes.

All thanks to my real estate agent who did a little digging on the property to find out it was actually a duplex rather than the listed SFH.
