Put in a media room, an outdoor shooting range, a jacuzzi, firepit, horse shoe pit, have wifi and smart tv's, gas and charcoal grills, kegorator, boxing ring, free weights; and you'll have something similar to one of my larger houses.

If the door alignment is the same, it takes me (a lady) about 3 minutes per door knob with my handy screwdriver (faster if the electric screwdriver/drill fits).

It just seems to fit my needs better given the ability to scale it faster.

I could have moved a lot faster in the first 3 or 4 years, but I was not sure if what I was doing was the right thing.

It would be done through a weighted scoring system, with weightings and variables pre-configured.

I probably spent 4 weeks in-between back at home in NY so we could have gotten this done a bit faster but all in all, not bad for two guys building a house. 

I’m really interested in the BRRR thing but I also want to get us out of debt faster so that I can focus on long-term deals.
