I would love to visit with who you set up in NB to see if we are in alignment and may want to collaborate on new projects. 

Tied to this is the fact that it is very hard for us to make informed decisions about making purchases in markets we are unfamiliar with, given the normal ebb and flow of real estate activity.That said, I am not raising this primarily to criticize these companies, but rather to focus on the practical effect of what they leave out.

Ok, so I have someone doing a short sale on their property (planning to)But does anyone have advice for shorting just the 2nd, or need to present to both 1st and 2nd?

I'm currently a novice trying to break into the real estate industry in any form or fashion, and I'm willing to collaborate on joint ventures. 

With strong credit, the rate on an 80% LTC short-term rental purchase would be right around 8.00% at the moment.

Short term rentals are not allowed in the little town, and we don’t want a long term tenant because we want to be able to use the property as well.

Some things we are considering include:- built in benches in shower areas- handheld shower heads- intercoms for each bed/bath- motion sensor hallway lights...etcThanks!

At this point we are being set back two weeks as I can't get a painter and other needed contractors in there on such short notice.
