Difficult barrier to entry.

And for me, the only exception I make in which I will handle any aspect of pest control is any opening to the exterior that is allowing entry.

If there is no sign of forced entry than it's more likely someone with a key removed them.  

@Joe Villeneuve what about trying to time the market for a better entry.

There are tons of entry level jobs all over Atlanta that pay more than $12.50 with little to no experience.

The catch 22 of low income rentals... low cost of entry, but not the best way to start in the business, in my opinion. 

Would love to know more about big bear and how the numbers look as I would like to get a place out west at some point and most of the ski hills the ROI do not seem that great since the cost of entry is so high but from this forum there seems to be allot of good things said about big bear.

I'm thinking about using a keyless entry, that I can have changed by remote via wifi.

I'm not so sure it was worth the expense to do that, but that was their decision.On your house it looks like there is some room around the front door if you want to build a nicer "entry" around it. 

I like the layout so far... still on basic data entry so far. worth a look
