Do you really want to skimp on the inspection process that is your only test drive before getting the keys yourself?

Because I thought I frickend diserves this expensive equipment to drive around in becuse I “worked hard” now I realize that was a HUGE mistake and I’m paying as much as my house payment for this car...

Before you tell me to go drive for Lyft or Uber, I currently cannot because I have an old car because it's paid off. 

.- Be a day's drive or less to our families (one family lives in San Diego another lives in the Bay Area). - To buy something that helps us build wealth rather than wipe out our savings and dig us into a debt hole at $6500+ a month mortgage (for if our income changes). - To buy smart because our income fluctuates wildly. 

Low inventory will drive prices up in future.

Is it possible that you can get a partner that is close to the subject property and reduce your driving and still make some money? 

So I have been driving for dollars and was surprised to find some places that seem decent enough to fix up and sell/ hold.

My wife and I will be driving from Phoenix to New Orleans and back to Tucson for her work.  

My goal is to buy back my time.I’m deeply passionate about personal growth, self-knowledge, truth & being a better Man.I have many interests.

We have been out driving for dollars today and found several properties to look into.
