There are options on other sites.Another issue is the mentions, that is a great feature here, but as this site has grown we have also gotten a few that use it as a tool to harass others, drawing to arguments that often are nothing more than off topic personal slanderous comments.

Someone came in and stole all the copper wiring which required us to pay extensive additional expenses for new wire, new sheet rock repair, and new paint to restore it to new condition.it also took longer than I expected to get permits, design drawings, and final inspection and meter installation.
