Hello BP:Can anyone recommend a company to insure a mobile home park in Delaware?

Should I register my LLC in the famous 3 of Delaware, Wyoming or Nevada?  

@Miguel BautistaJust over the Delaware there is a lovely place called Pennsylvania :)Check it outI was born and raised in NJ but have lived in PA the last 15 yrs, I’m about as Far East as you can be so super easy access to NJ.

I wasn't sure of the exact best place to post this but thought I would try here.I am considering a 1031 Exchange into a fractional ownership investment set-up through a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) and am looking for any pros/cons or experiences in general from others who have invested in a DST.  

I just took over some Delaware County plow contracts from a friend who now lives in Chadds ford.

When I was just starting out, I formed a quick LLC in Delaware or Wyoming using one of the online LLC formation companies (LegalZoom, etc) - Making sure my registered agent is not myself and listed at my own home address.

Can take electric cost which is in NOI to depreciation expense which is below NOI by doing solar.  

I"de earn like maybe $100 or less as a mechanic at a tire shop.

I am thinking of trying a solar power exterior camera.

Wilmington is where the main DE courthouse is so there are many attorneys and if things ever go to court it might be a good place to be?
