Some places are crazy and can destroy your income. 

I have one Labradoodle, and she has already destroyed several pairs of shoes and books, and started a fire.

Then, when you have to say no, they take it personally, as if their best friend just destroyed the friendship.I had to stop befriending my tenants because of this.  

How else will you know if someone is destroying your property?

For some reason, it's ok to destroy, and steal housing in America. 

The wear & tear is subjective because you could pick two tenants that absolutely destroy your place versus three tenants that keep it tidy.

So, while I feel we are destroying our world economy, i also feel that EVERYONE should pitch in and feel the pain a bit.
