For instance, you can remove real estate assets from the trust or add them as you acquire new property; designate a new trustee or successor trustee if you’re unhappy with the current one; or give new instructions for how assets in the trust are to be managed on behalf of your named beneficiaries.

Those sound like valid points and speaking as a newbie I can confirm that it's often stuff someone like me would not consider (at least not ALL of those points).

As far as the logo goes, I have passable graphic designing skills so I should be able to create it myself but unsure what to model it after.

I talked to my realtor, and he confirmed we’re on the bubble for whether the current building is ‘economically obsolete’.

All design was done by myself and my fiancée. 75% of the labor was completed by a contractor.
