RV resorts usually have tenants on annual, monthly, weekly and even daily leases.

With zoning, if you created an artificial two family (that is you have two leases) on a property zoned as a single-family, zoning will require you to solve it or, in most areas, face a daily fine.

But on the Airbnb side, you could make more even with a 50% a month rental rate if you price your daily rate correctly.
