I contacted the seller because after the deal didn’t go through the listing was expired and removed. it has been 3 months since the deal fell through and it is still currently not listed.

I currently have the upstairs (the main house, renovated and passed inspections) rented out to family members.

I currently rent to someone who qualified for this program.

In the current environment I’m not actively marketing but still assist the clients I have organically.

I'd also talk to the current owner, so if they want, they can let the tenants in that unit know.Hopefully you are getting their deposits transferred to you (it is the tenants' money and you will have to pay it back in full when they go because you don't know the condition of the unit when they moved in).
