Currently wrapping up courses to take real estate salesperson exam (california) was hoping if anyone could guide me to some things that helped them pass the exam as well as in the business in general? 

although im currently in NY, my wife is from the Yokohama area. ive lived and work in Japan on and off for about 9 years, mostly in the military.

I realize this current matter I’m posting on is probably long over, Being it’s been 3 years, but seeing these responses do not sit well with me and knowing you all are in the housing/rental market.

In Denver, I'm considering buying the property next door to mine and renting my current (2Bd1Bath) Single family home.
