In the case of using / combining hard money or bank financing, how is the privately invested money secured if the bank or the hard money lender is in the 1st position?

I went to or big box store and for about 250 bucks bought all supplies needed to change out to a modern ew 200 amp box.

Hi Mehran Kamari-- I study Jeet Kune Do which combines Filipino Kali/Escrima, Pentjak Silat, Muay Thai, Chinese Kickboxing, some Jiu Jitsu, and Savate (although Savate is being phased out) and I've been training on and off for about 9 years.

That seems awfully small for, lets say, a modern dental office which even with one dentist, which would usually have 3 to 4 assistants, exam rooms where several patients, usually 4, are treated, and a waiting room.
