The only people who would try to sell a MF property on CL would probably be a broker. ( and I doubt a good one would)CL is for bargain hunters, As an owner , why would I put a MF property on there and be hounded by people saying they " know some one who want to buy a deal" or being told that they have millions to invest..

That is a concern, it could have been much worse if this occurred when everyone was home and asleep.Reported claim to Farmer Ins. this morning.contacted company referred by my broker and they will go out and further secure property.Trying to find temporary housing for my tenant. need to contact section 8 to find out how to proceed with them.could be many weeks to get Property back to rent able condition.

Welcome to BP Daniel, I caught this on the second page without an answer.It could be it went unanswered because with a little reading here most all of your questions would be answered and there were so many questions it's harder for someone to keep them all straight to give an answer.Seems most interest is in refinancing after work is completed, yes you can, but only to 75/80% of the value, you won't cash out to 100%.Financing rehabs is usually local, there are fha programs for small fixes, but you need to speak to your bank and a good mortgage broker.

I was told by a mortgage broker that I will have to make sure the Apartment Complex has less than 15% of the HOA Fees unpaid, and less than 40% of apartments can be rentals (60% owner occupied).This criteria may be fine for some places, but what if one of the doesn't meet this criteria?
