Does the ex wife NEVER speak to the ex husband?

I used my PM as the liaison to find a contractor so didn't really speak to them.

@Ray Harrell It’s all about ARV because the quality of the absolute return is directly related to the underlying assets value.

I can only speak from my perspective, but I want/like control and am always leary of people that control my money.

Depending on the area and quality of tenants I may hold back even more.CapEx is a joke.  

Generally speaking if a buyer facing this scenario moves forward with the purchase, he/she would want to be sure that SOMEONE ELSE pays for the damages if forced to remove the house, deck or driveway.
