If it's an actual structure, then talk to your insurance broker/company and see if they include something like that in your policy

Best thing would be if you could sell it, as it is so far from your location, but if that's not possible, I would suggest dealing with all issues you find and then getting more responsible tenants.Also -- and this is for all landlords out there -- I suggest getting an Umbrella Policy; this only costs around $20/month and can give you additional peace of mind.If you have any other questions, please feel free to write me.

We would receive information from the sales rep or broker once a group health policy had been sold (employee benefits packages) and make sure everything was legal, have it input in the system, bills produced and employee ID cards issued.I think my background in project management will be helpful, but not sure how to get someone outside of catering or health insurance to give me a chance with no background in their field (i.e. real estate, construction, etc.)Any advice?

Hard to say without more info, but since all three scores were pulled they either paid for each score from each company (inefficient) or they paid for all three FICO scores.The thing is, every bank has its own internal policies about credit scores.

after much research about LLCs and rental properties and umbrella policies I know the extremely conservative approach is to have each rental property in its own LLC.
