Properties near Dublin BART station take longer to rent and have shorter average tenancy compared to our other managed properties. 

We require all tenants in our lease agreements to have renters insurance that specifically covers liability if their dog bites someone on our property (for those breeds of dog we permit a tenant to keep on the property). 

I was looking for a platform where I can list the investments for sale but I can only find sites that allow you to sell stock options in private companies but I can't find any that allow you to sell share in syndications (LLCs).

The right locations are crucial for our success, affecting costs and member satisfaction.
