From what I can see I would probably replace what look like the original windows and delete the one in the middle which looks to be added later.

We believe with the vast supply constraint in middle market rental housing, no oversupply in that sector, and stable middle income families as renters, rents will be stable generally. 

@Steve RozenbergI am currently working a Million dollar land deal, as a middle man.The investor has done over 100 deals in the North East claiming (the never close on the actual closing date) this is his first deal in the South East and does not want to put any money in escrow.States that if they require the escrow money to move forward the deal is off, and he will move on.

@Josh E. well said, being the middle class is not easy. now the July 4th dream is figuring how to grow to $10MM quickly then switch to gold/precious metal before hyper inflation kicks in ...lol...
