@Steve RozenbergI am currently working a Million dollar land deal, as a middle man.The investor has done over 100 deals in the North East claiming (the never close on the actual closing date) this is his first deal in the South East and does not want to put any money in escrow.States that if they require the escrow money to move forward the deal is off, and he will move on.
