My policy allows for 2 adults and children related to one or both.

It states: Occupants:   "The said premises shall not be occupied by no more than 1 adults and 3 children"It also states,  Assignment and Subletting:  " Lessee shall not assign this agreement or sublet any portion of this premises without prior written consent of the lessor".

JUST one issue with that.By that time - my wife and I probably will have children and I know how she feels about living in a Quad.

Unforutnatlly wives, children growing up made it more not less complicated.

Also, families with children tend to move at the end of school years rather than in the middle of the school year in our location. 

Children are allowed leeway not adults/tenants.

There are two applicants (boyfriend and girlfriend) one applicant is a nanny and claims to make $1000 cash per week to watch three children Monday through Friday.
