Hello,  i have posted before. probobly about a year ago. im still trying. basiclly i still need to move further south Rochester/ Barrington/ Farmington, NH area. plus north or south by 20 miles. we have house to sell further north so we would have money down. we are flexible just need to get down further south. yes mostly for medical reasons but several other reasons as well. owner financing/ creative financing. current home that we will be selling was owner financed and it is paid in full. thank you!

With Lubbock not being terribly big, I see a ton of areas do really well with rentals targeted at students and medical professionals!

Money comes and goes but the people you love will be there always.I started with single family which I love and jumped to multifamily commercial then medical office.

I recently had a single tenant building medical tenant bail on me just 1 year into her 5 year lease... and I was stuck with about $12k per month in overhead until we found a new tenant.

Can you capitalize on that use for more value such as turning the whole space into a strip mall or medical dental, etc...Just my 2 cents.

I'm not sure there is an easy list you can just download for a database.You could probably for a fee contact a list provider, but if you're paying you might want to narrow that broad search to more specifics....restaurant brokers, medical office brokers, hotel brokers, warehouse brokers or whatever subset of commercial people you're going after.Might look at someplace like a CCIM database or if there is a trade group in your area that focuses on commercial.You might also see if you could partner with one of your vendors for a trade...maybe title company, mortgage lender, surveyor, that has already built a list.

One of my customers, for example, owns a chain of medical centers and has an average deposit balance with them North of 7-figures.
