From where I sit having addition bathrooms is one of the biggest selling points.

Courtney Fricke I’d say the biggest thing for me that makes a bad REIA is one that just invites gurus to it.

So far, the biggest commitment has come from Whole Foods, which plans to occupy a large retail space as the anchor store.

So, then the biggest question mark in my mind was net income potential, what % of the year I could expect a place to be rented, and another question in my mind is ROI in a smaller vs. medium vs. larger house. 

:)As a newbie, I would say the biggest thing you need to understand first is running numbers.

My biggest concern is if the additional cashflow will justify the additional management work which short term rentals / airbnb demand over traditional rentals.
