Learn to walk and talk, the last batch I bought, I was driving down a street and noticed an older lady walking out of an empty house with a bucket and mop.

I have limited cash at this point so I am looking to partner with an experienced rehabber to learn from so that I can learn, make a small percentage of the profit, you make a majority of the profit and the wholesaler can make some money and get rid of the property.I have a relationship with a seasoned broker/wholesaler that I am learning from but it requires that I put all the money up front and I am just not to that point yet.Message me if interested and let me know if you have done this before and I would like to see how your Joint Venture agreement might look like.  

Hello Dear Investors,There is a property I am looking to buy from a gentleman.

We had been evicted from our apt, (long story) and I was giving blood on a weekly basis for food money, to the point my veins finally collapsed and I was no longer allowed to give.It was at this point, on one of many sleepless nights, at 3 o'clock in the morning, that an older silver haired investor spoke to me through my television.

I am probably going to partner up with my older brother who is real smart.  

I'm looking at an interesting investment, but I need your advice on how to seal the deal.I'm talking to an elderly gentleman in his 70s, who still manages 100+ units(!!).

Condos under $150K will be older buildings and most likely a 1 bedroom.

We mailed out an absentee owner list last month and now acquiring a 6 unit multifamily tomorrow because the owners are an older couple with health issues.Marketing to retired investors is great because they often have multiple properties they want to sell.Good luck!

The movement of business from the older parts of town ( I am familiar with Memorial and Fort Ave) to what was once considered the outskirts ( Liberty was on the outskirts 20 years ago!)
