The seller is emotionally attached to the property, and isn't thinking rationally.

I'd love to hear from more experience folks about handling emotions after a successful deal. 

Especially with friends and family, where emotions likely get involved if a deal goes South.

Clients typically have emotion when purchasing a home, investors have different mindset than home owners.

Be professional, not allowing emotions to sway you.

First time landlord and I've got this couple applying that are telling me their 2 dogs are emotional support animals and that they don't need to tell me about them and don't need to pay a pet fee.

However not being educated on this matter can cause you to waste a lot of mental and emotional capital when looking for homes.

Also, stuff that is public domain, or worked 5 years ago, or lacking on specifics, or motivational/emotional in nature is not RE investment education/training.And maybe we all should come up with a review system/place and track the performance of such gurus.

Terri, above, could originate these.I’m not trying to upset anyone and frankly, this is so boring, I don’t know how anyone could get emotional over it.

Although paying off your primary residence may be emotionally satisfying, I'd highly advise you take those funds and use them for more investments.
