As stated in the post, I am definitely leaning very heavily to investing in another house hack and building up the equity further for future plans. 

Living on-site will have you being interrupted with door knocks on a regular basis.Now, if your PM is mediocre or worse, plan on doing a lot of learning or find a better one.   

Those properties are likely to book up fast, and probably do already, leaving the other 90% for the rest of the guests who don't plan ahead that much. 

One, your credit score will take a dive if you use more than 30% of your total available credit, so plan on having three times the amount of available credit as you think you'll need.

My current plan was to take out around 250k by refinancing to a 550k 7% loan from a $290k 3.25% interest loan.

With things like the ONE Linden plan in Linden, which is a 50M plan to improve the neighborhood.

I would make sure you are first setup for success before expanding as you will just get right back to where you were as life happens and never goes as planned
