Is it necessary to meet (whether in-person or virtually) to review the lease with the future tenant, and then sign during that time, or should I simply send them the virtual lease to sign?

The safest thing - virtually always - with asbestos is to leave it in place and encapsulate it.

If your local REIA’s aren’t meeting in person yet than check online on sites such as Meetup which are doing both virtual and in person.

I am thinking about trying to reach out in further markets and virtually do deals.

It starts April 27th and is virtual, so if interested, just follow the instructions provided. 

However, I've been thinking about diving into some other markets virtually as well.

I think all three have gone virtual this past year, but hopefully they'll move back in person soon.
