There are plenty of free videos on YouTube of people teaching how to do this.The key thing to remember is that no one, not even a RE Pro, is going to just hand you a killer deal on a silver platter.  

If they didn't this would be the most boring sport out there.  

I have been prepping for this investment for over a year now so please don't think this is some kid that just watched a motivational video and is ready to take on the real estate world.

There is a guy on YouTube called the Idaho painter that has some great instruction videos on how to paint quickly and what equipment to buy or use.
