Eliot M. Is 100 offers per day even possible?
29 April 2018 | 16 replies
100 is definitely ambitious, but it could be as easy as changing the address and price on a template and sending it off.As an agent, I would probably do it for one of my clients that I've done deals with and know is reputable, but I probably wouldn't spend the time doing such a task for a new client unless they were providing me some kind of additional compensation for my time. It's probably not a good idea to do if you are only looking for one property and don't have the means to commit to going through with most or all of the offers that get accepted.

Jonathan Greene Why are so many new investors looking for out-of-state properties

I think as you said people do not even take the time to think about these things and they just head to a lower area that someone told them makes sense to buy because where they live they can only afford 1/2 of a house.I do agree that for a first property it is probably not the best idea to buy out of area, but I do not recommend people try to do it themselves and figure it out, unless they take the time to educate themselves extensively in the tasks and roles they will be doing. 1 out of 3 landlords are in some form of lawsuit or litigation every year for violating a state, local or federal law.
