Hello everyone.I've seen many investors using this website and it actually seems very useful and accurate.The issue is that their subscription is very expensive (for me) and I'd like to know if someone if familiar with a shared account of a promo code that I can use.?

Since the agent connected you to the deal, they are entitled to a buyer side commission even if you buy direct.

That does not mean they are selling to you or maybe change their mind altogether. 

There really are a lot of facets to this business, so please keep digging to find a mentor/partner that is trustworthy to show you the ropes even if you find them deals and partner together!
