An LLC only works when it is a true, seperate, self sustaining entity.  

The forums and the podcasts are a great way to ramp up your education as well as targeting a few blogs that you resonate with.

@Etahn SmithI live in Philly and am unsure about the rise in home prices sustaining itself.  

I really think if you put it in that perspective you begin to see that higher quality properties are more sustainable. 

But I hope I'm wrong, let's hope Indy can attract more private software companies; It would be great to see a huge influx of jobs & supporting industries to sustain them here in Indianapolis.
