For tax purposes, having LLC hold the title would be the ideal scenario.

I do plan on managing my first property myself if it's a buy and hold, and as I accumulated more properties I will be hiring a PM company.

I bought it $135k and put $40k in so should be a nice brrr :) Rates are awful right now though so probably going to wait 3-6 months as its on an interest only currently and bank said fine holding note until I want to refi.

I also plan on forming 2 new LLCs, 1 for new acquisitions and 1 for marketing my buy-and-hold rentals.

Sometimes I get a hold of a family member who knows the person I am attempting to contact - which is my book is a win!
